What is the Trowbridge Sixth Form Centre?
The Trowbridge Sixth Form Centre is the name given to the joint Sixth Forms of The Clarendon College and The John of Gaunt School. They work in partnership with the Matravers School Sixth Form. Students can register in the school of their choice and, at the two Trowbridge sites, have available to them all of the courses and facilities of The Trowbridge Sixth Form Centre.

What commitment is involved?
Joining a Sixth Form is a serious business. We expect students to take part in the many opportunities to find out about courses before they begin. All students will sign a 'learning agreement' which will outline what we expect from our students. Successful students will develop independence and be fully involved in Sixth Form activities.

We are committed to our students not only achieving academic excellence but also developing their personal qualities and skills through participation in a broad range of activities. How will students be prepared for the next step?
Experienced tutors will work with the careers service to enable students to make the wisest choices for their future. The programme includes visits to universities and a Higher Education Convention, interview practice and opportunities to work shadow.
